Difficulty pronouncing “られろ” distinctly from “だでど”, any tips?

It’s weird but I’m having trouble correctly pronouncing ra, re, and ro in Japanese. I can hear distinctly that it’s softer than da, de, and do, and that it’s a weird blend of l and r at times, but I can’t replicate that sound, at least in the way I hear it commonly pronounced.

Are there any tips for practicing this pronunciation, especially in a way that makes it sound more natural and distinct from da, de, and do?
