Moving to Japan to cure depression – access to doctors?

Im planning to move to Japan this year to be a teacher.

I cant stand western world anymore so it will either cure my depression or i will die there.

Is there good access to english speaking doctors and antidepressants in Tokyo?

Im 30 male.
