The JAF Rules of the Road book (eng) states that riders of normal and large motorcycles are forbidden from carrying passengers for 1 year (normal road) and 3 years (expressway) after licensure.
Does anyone know if this rule is applicable to those of us who come with qualifications in another country? I’ve ridden a lot of miles with a pillion aboard and my SO will be bummed to miss out for that long.
