Hand specialist (orthopedist) recommendation

I have been searching for an orthopedist who specializes in hand injuries, but so far can only find elbow and shoulder.

Does anyone knows any hand specialists to recommend? English preferred but not absolutely necessary.

Location is Tokyo/Yokohama.
