I’ve been waffling about creating a post for a while, have been lurking for months while planning this trip. I’m not super worried about our Itinerary but now that our trip is 10 days away I’m getting nervous and was hoping maybe someone could post some thoughts about our Itinerary. (Just my gf and I) A lot of it is mostly the usual touristy stuff, like a lot of others we’re big foodies, don’t plan to do a lot of shopping but our budget is primarily for eating! Have a huge list of restaurants to check out while we’re in certain areas if possible.
Aside from the few reservations we have we’re not really committed to any strict time table, going to try to stay as flexible as possible, if things change on the fly, so be it! Going to backing light, keeping everything to a large hiking backpack each, with a smaller day-pack or tote for walking around.
