3 Full days in Kyoto Check

We’re (group of 7) going to be starting our 2-week Japan itinerary in Kyoto, and I’d love some feedback on my 3-day Kyoto plan in case I’m missing anything. Let me know what makes sense to add/subtract for each day. Kyoto Imperial Palace was initially scheduled in for day 2, but it’s closed on Apr 8 & 9. However, I figured that jetlag will hit the hardest on day 2 and would make Fushimi more difficult. If it’s an essential, maybe I could swap day 1 and 2, so we could do the Imperial Palace Day 1 and then Fushimi Inari Taisha would be on a Monday and hopefully less crowded?
