Sorry if i make a post about this, i’ve tried to avoid to in these days but i couldnt find an answer on my own (or another thread about it).
Me and my gf moved here almost a month ago and went to register our address and make our health insurance the day after (i believe it was 8th or 9th). Is it normal not having received our mynumber and our health insurance card yet? Im starting to worry but i dont want to make it a big deal if you guys tell me this is a normal wait time

if your health insurance is 国民健康保険 then you should already got the card on the day of your registration. For mynumber card, you need to wait until they sent you the application form. It would take a month. Then another month after you submit your application.
Why don’t you call the city office to ask? They will know much more about the status of your insurance and MyNumber card application than a bunch of randos on the internet will.
I believe it takes about a month to get a health card. Seems normal.
My number card can be made in a single day, but they probably needed the information from your health card (and general city registration information) to make it.
I think it’s probably fine to have taken this long, but you can always go there and ask. They’re usually helpful.
It depends where you go, but when I was on NHI I got given the card at the ward office immediately. I’ve heard stories from others saying it takes a few weeks. For your mynumber, to receive the physical card it is a separate application you have to make. But if you just want the number then ask for a copy of your juminhyo and tick the box for mynumber and it’ll be displayed on the certificate.
Each ward and prefecture has different timings.
Mynumber is the one that can take a long time. At the city office you basically apply for the application form, which they will send via post ( … ), and after you apply there is an additional waiting time based on the ward where you reside.
The health insurance card should be quicker, you should have it within a few weeks I believe.
