I’ve spent a couple months in Japan so far and I miss making Mexican food.
Do you have any suggestions for walk-in shops that sell hot peppers (mostly serrano and ancho) and/or dry pinto beans in Tokyo?
Also was wondering is there any way to bring pepper seeds next time I go through customs?
