I’m, very fussy so omakase isn’t suitable for me. But all the top sushi places like Harutaka only serve omakase. The more a la carte style ones are mostly conveyor belt places which are far less quality.
Any top tier sushi restaurants that serve a la carte, that’s foreigner friendly?
