I submitted my application to Sophia University but mistakenly submitted my essay without using their essay form but on a Google Doc. Will this affect my chances? I don’t think I can email the admission because the announcement of the result is next week. I also registered with the wrong ID photo which is still me but a photo that was taken more than 3 months ago (the ID condition was to submit a photo that was at least taken within the last 3 months).
