Hello Everyone! This Sub has been very helpful for my upcoming Japan Trip, it’s my first time and it might be worth noting that ill be traveling during Sakura season
I decided to book a tour with **Intro Travel for a 13 day Japan Trip** but I will be staying for 23 days in total, arriving 2 days prior the trip. Here’s a summary of it:
Booked a hotel in Asakusa for Day 1-3
Day 1: Shibuya Sky
Day 2: Disneyland
Day 3 Morning: Teamlabs (Intro Travel 13 day tour starts this day too)
Below is the Itinerary included in the tour:
DAY 1- 3 TOKYO
* Senso-ji Temple
* Meiji Shrine.
* Harajuku
* Tiny bars in the district of Shinjuku
* Sushi Class
* Akihabara
DAY 4- 5 NAGANO
* Bullet Train to Nagano
* Origami Class
* Onsen Experience
* Soba Making Class
* Japanese Snow Monkeys
DAY 6- 8 HAKONE & OSAKA
* Famed for hot springs, natural beauty and (of course) Mount Fuji, check in to trendy accom that comes complete with its very own onsen.
* Exploring Hakone by pirate ship (and cable car) for views of snow capped Mount Fuji.
* Osaka BBQ dinner and Karaoke
* 400 year old Osaka Castle
* Dotonbori
DAY 9 KOYASAN
* 1000 year old Buddhist temple (overnight stay)
* Famous cemetery
DAY 10-13 KYOTO
* Watch the Buddhist monks perform their morning prayer ritual and fire ceremony
* Bamboo Forest of Arashiyama
* Golden Pavilion
* Gates of Fushimi-Inari
* Learn how to wield a traditional samurai sword under the watchful eye of a samurai master.
After the tour I’m planning to go back to Osaka for 2 days (Universal Studio, if there’s places you recommend please comment as well)
After Osaka, I would then go to Tokyo then **here’s a question: Is Kusatsu worth a whole day visit? I saw a lot of beautiful posts but the 13 day trip includes 2 onsen experience.**
Can you please let me know what other places you recommend that’s not included In my trip? My boyfriend and I are a big foodie and I love to thrift shop as well.
