Have a 16-day itinerary for our first ever trip to Japan coming up in April that is nearly finalized, except we are having trouble deciding on a final stop. Current locked-in locations include 4 nights in Tokyo, a night in Kawaguchiko, 4 nights in Kyoto, 3 nights in Osaka, and a final night in Tokyo at the end of the trip. We have two additional nights that we would like to visit a new location and can stick it in pretty much any part of the trip that works best logistically, but are having a lot of trouble deciding where we’d like to spend these. After lots of research, we’ve narrowed it down to 3 places and would love to get feedback on which is the most recommended.
