I recently came to Tokyo for 3 months, and am looking for a cheap bicycle to commute. However, as a student, the affordability of buying a used bicycle even off bargain shops such as HardOFF is somewhat difficult for me. If anyone knows of a place to find a very cheap bicycle, please let me know.
