For context: i’m currently living in Japan and going to a language school. i recently found out that my grandmother in Mexico isn’t doing well and she’s recovering a bit to slow than the doctors expected. Currently, my “semester” ends in March. seeing as that i need to return to the USA and then go to Mexico, i was told by a classmate that i can only apply for a student visa for a language school once ????? He said i should talk to the school that we’re currently in to see if i can get my visa extended.
he sent me this: student visa > travel visa ( 6 months) > working holiday ( 1 year )
i don’t know how long i will be gone to take care of my grandmother. So, will i be able to reapply for a student visa ? or should i ask the school if it only applies to their “Agency”/ “Language School” ?
edit: i enrolled for a 6 month course with the language school i am currently at.
