I have been in Kadena area for a month now from a base on the mainland and have not found any decent public onsen/sento on this island.
I heard there are a few in expensive hotels in the north in Onna/Nago and the harbor area of Naha. But nothing like the mainland Japan.
Btw, I’m un-inked, so can move from bathhouse to another freely. Anyone with suggestions would be appreciated.
