  4. Looks delicious! Since you have the constructive criticism tag on, I would suggest using a thinner layer of rice on your sheet, but possibly using a larger nori sheet so your rice-to-fish ratio would be similar. Typically you want to be able to see fist into grains of rice with a tiny bit of nori peeking through once the nori has been coated.
