I moved from an old apartment to a new apartment. Currently, in my old apartment, I am using Rakuten Hikari. Since I have to move from one apartment to another apartment I need to relocate the Rakuten Hikari internet as well. To do so, Rakuten charges me **8k yen** plus a 4k monthly charge.
However, I decided to change my internet connection from Rakuten Hikari to AU Hikari. My AU Hikari installation date is next week and Rakuten Hikari cancellation is in process.
I need to pay the cancellation cost of **10K yen** to Rakuten Hikari although I can cancel without cancellation cost in March. On top of that, I need to pay the Jan and Feb monthly charges too that is **4k \*2**
However, AU provided me with 10k yen for the cancellation charge due to the campaign and also another 10k AU pay points for joining au Hikari.
If it’s ok and I continue using Hikarition cost and monthly charges, I feel like I am still in a loss.
So I would like to ask:
1. If it’s ok I continue using au Hikari and cancel the Rakuten Hikari.
2. Is it possible to continue to pay Rakuten Hikari (even though I don’t use it) until March and then cancel it?
3. Or cancel the au Hikari and continue with Rakuten Hikari? If I cancel au Hikari will I have to pay cancellation cost because installation date is already fixed next week
