I’m a marine that just got married. I’m not sure which is better so I’m looking for advice on whether to get housing on or off base.
I know OHA is different and you can only potentially pocket utilities but I don’t know if it’s worth it or not, so I’m looking for advice. I don’t have any children it’s just me and my wife and we going to have pets to potentially.
