After posting to another sub and being the beneficiary of a lot of squirrely responses, one person suggested I post here instead.
If I am looking to buy a property in Japan, and I know what property it is, is there a way to reduce the buyer’s fee from 3% to something lower? Are there discount brokerages, or is there a way to do the transaction without having to pay the full 3% to an agent?
