Hi all. I’ll be on a TDY at Camp Foster from January to March. I’m wondering what the average air and water temps will be so I know how to pack (for work and play). Also looking at bringing a shortie-wetsuit for snorkeling and scuba…is this unnecessary? Any insight and suggestions are very appreciated. Thanks!
