So, I’ll be coming to Japan as a student of a university in Oita Prefecture. The installment plans from my country and Japan is kinda different so I would like to ask about your experiences for the installment plans for the foreign students.
The school states that they will be opening a bank account (Yuchou Bank) on behalf of the students. Can we buy in installment with that bank? Are there any criteria for us to meet? Can we buy as soon as we get the bank account? How long does it usually take for them to review and accept our plans?
If it would help, the international students from our university often get 2 years of visa.
