What are the options, I mean…
If only Japanese property didn’t have a roughly thirty year expiration date. I suppose the land might hold some value though.
I assume those foreigners who have property without any family or business can’t even get back into the country due to covid restrictions. Owning in Japan is a bit more risky for simply investment purposes.
