First time in Japan, 3/4 days in Osaka is ok with this itinerary?

Hi all,

So my first trip to Japan, I would like your opinion if staying in Osaka from 3/4 days (11-14 Mar) is enough to know the city with my itinerary. After Osaka I will be in Tokyo for 7 days, so if necessary I could trade an extra day in Osaka.

My base itinerary:

Day 1 – starting 13h

* Osaka Park/Castle
* Shitennoji Temple
* Sinsekai
* Teamlab botanical garden

Day 2 – Full day

* Namba yasaka shrine
* Aquarium
* Sumo Tournament
* Dotombori

Day 3 – Full day

* Universal Studios

Day 4 – Departure to tokyo

* Could add something in the morning
