Hi, I’m trying to book tickets (two studio passes and express passes) for USJ using the app from the UK. I tried to book in the app with a credit card and it says it won’t accept it and I’ve tried a bunch of times.
I’ve read online that you can use Apple Pay but I’ve not seen the Apple Pay button at any point whilst trying? To be clear I’m using the app on my iPhone, and I presume I’m trying correctly? I click on “Buy”, a browser window pops up and I’m directed to the official web store, I find my tickets and passes I want, continue to checkout, put in my personal details, all fine. Then at the payment selection page I only have Credit Card and Alipay+ (I don’t think there’s any way I can use this from the UK?).
Can anyone help? It’s been a really frustrating experience so far! Thanks!
