Hi! My friend and I are buying some stuff tax free. Most of what we are getting is smaller merch (blind boxes, figures, plushes). If we open the blind boxes, will we get the consumable tax? I am also planning on breaking down my figure boxes (keeping them flattened in my bag and the figure unboxed) to save on suitcase space. Will this incur the tax, and if so, how much is it typically? We are a bit confused on the guidelines between consumable and non consumable.
