Best language school in Tokyo for intensive academic japanese?

I’m looking to take a year off of my degree to spend a year studying japanese in Japan. I want to do a master’s in biology in japanese so I need some drastic improvement. I’ve been studying japanese for 2 years and a half now and I passed my N2 in December pretty easily. I’ve never had a teacher and have been entirely self studying but I’m reaching the point of diminishing returns as to what I can do on my own.

I’m looking for a language school that is focused around getting people into good universities and very intensive japanese classes. I struggle with speaking as well so a school with systems like 1-on-1 conversation practice with natives would be great. So far I’m heavily considering ISI but I want to hear others opinions. I’ve heard good things about KCP but it’s too expensive and I feel like it caters to Americans too much. Preferably I’d like to go somewhere with very few English speakers so I’m not tempted to speak English.
