Past couple of nights I’ve been running around getting just absolutely plastered and having a blast. But I’m pretty new to Osaka (wok over in Hyogo) and I wasn’t sure what the scene would be like tonight. I know it’s a holiday and such, but I’m from the U.S. originally so not sure if today’s a “everybody is staying in” kinda holiday or “street are gonna bleed with liquor” kinda holiday.
