There are five Mitsui Outlet Parks I know of, none of which is close to Tsukiji outer market or to Shinjuku.
When I went to Tsukiji Market, I took the first train from my (Tokyo) home at 4:48 AM and arrived at the already busy market before 6 AM.
It looks as if you’re just interested in shopping, and you’ll be able to do it in the places you’ve listed.
We get back from Tokyo tomorrow and one of the very few low points of our trip was Teamlabs Planets. It’s a complete waste of time and money and I am one of those “it wasn’t too bad” forgiving types. Given the short amount of time you have, consider doing something else instead.
I think it’s better to put places close to each other in the same day. Tokyo Station is a short walk from Ginza or like a one stop train ride. Might even be able to start the day at Tsukiji Outer Market and then do Ginza and Tokyo Station.
I think Ueno should be put in the day you do Sky Tree. You could use the Asakusa Line and transfer to the Ginza Line to get between the two.
Just spent 3 weeks in Tokyo and one of my favourite area to explore was Shimo-Kitazawa. Less tourists and more of an “old Tokyo” feel.
