Hi all,
I’ve lived in Japan for 3 years in the past (20+ years ago) and speak Japanese–now finally taking my family to the country I love! We’re going from Tokyo to Kyoto to Hiroshima and back–assuming a JR Pass will make sense with that.
Please tell me your thoughts about this itinerary and what I should add or subtract for a group of 2 teenagers and 7 adults. We’re going in late February; coming from the US.

One thing I’d like to do is attend a dinner hosted by geisha. I know that this is a tall order, but money isn’t a constraint. If anyone has tips on how to set that up, I’d appreciate it.
