  1. Just learning to cook…and cook Japanese food since retirement. My wife has always been the chef. I grilled the chicken with a very light teriyaki glaze. Shimeji mushrooms.

  2. Lived in Japan for two years, try my hand at making Japanese food here and there still, this looks much better than anything I have mustered. Those hard boiled eggs are perfect. Good job!
