BELS- Building housing energy efficiency
We have gotten our loan approved (yeah!) and are moving ahead with our final design. One aspect is the BELS notification sheet. We were advised if we want it, we need to pay ¥300,000. We are wondering if it’s worth it to get this as we realize it would be a selling point, but we are not sure if it’s that valuable.
Anyone have experience with getting this? Did you find it was worth getting?
