Just ordered some Sashimi Grade salmon from Restaurant Depot but it arrived with this date.

Is it still safe to use? I know it’s 2 months past the consuming date, but it’s been frozen this whole time (to the best of my knowledge) and its from a reputable enough store, I guess?
