I tried using Paidy to purchase a MacBook today. Got registered, uploaded by documents, got approved and a limit of 210,000 Yen. However, when I scanned the bar code at the Apple Store it kept showing error and asked me to use a different payment method. I sent an email to them and they said that they can’t tell me why this happened. Anyone knows why this happened and what can I do?
I probably think it’s because I entered my name and address in English instead of Japanese, the way it is registered on the Paidy App.
