hi! i am currently planning a backpacking trip in japan, flying into tokyo and slowly moving down to osaka. after watching red restaurant list, i am interested in supporting small old local eateries but am not able to find any list on such restaurants after much research. as much as possible, i would like to avoid highly populated restaurants while in japan. are there any personal recommendations or websites that i should be looking at?
