Nice looking board but I kind of dislike AYCE. Your point in that you can try things is well taken, but in my experience it’s always resulted in the food being less in quality and it contributes to overeating. Maybe I just have no self control, but I’ve learned I enjoy sushi more when I eat less for the same price but get better quality.
To each their own though, and that’s a good looking board.

What does or stand for
I like the variety of AYCE, vs paying the same for 2 rolls you’ve had to carefully hand select out of menu- I’ll take the lower quality for the mass variety

I always go for AYCE because if I’m going for sushi I’m going to fill up. I’m going to eat as much and as many as I can fit in my stomach lol. With as much as I want to eat paying for sushi by the plate or by the roll makes no sense to me at all.
