I am a Permanent Resident of Japan and I am exploring the possibility of forming a Godou Gaisha (GK) with a close friend who is currently on an HSP-1(b) visa.
Can anyone shed light on whether my friend’s current visa status (HSP-1 (b)) might pose any issues when it comes to being a part of a Godou Gaisha? Are there any specific requirements or restrictions we should be aware of?
I would greatly appreciate any advice or experiences shared by those who have gone through a similar process or possess knowledge on the matter.
