Hi, I recently opened a tsumitate NISA account with Rakuten securities in October and set it up in the way to max out 400k for 2023. The November purchase went through well and I can see it in my account.
For December it was suppose to withdraw 33,333yen for tsumitate portion from my credit card, as well as a lum sum to cover the remaining gap to 400k.
Two weeks ago rakuten opened the settings for 2024 new NISA, which I adjusted to the new limit (100k/month for tsumitate portion) – all good.
However, now I can’t find my settings for 2023 anymore. It still shows that I used up 400k/400k allowed, but it also shows that my purchase for December has been cancelled the same day I setup 2024 settings.
Is anyone else in the same situation and knows if the December purchase will go through?
