To transfer from Language School to a University

Hey! I came to Tokyo last year at the end of the October to study at this Language School (ISI).
It seemed to me that the most beneficial career choice is going to a University. But the problem is I will have to apply to a University right in the middle of my language education and will have to use my 2024 July’s JLPT result and it doesn’t seem possible to reach N2 until July. I wanted to discuss this with teachers and tried to seek guidance but they are for some reason always act unwillingly and try to cut it short. “That’s what it is” is their mentality all the time.

Please help me understand what should I do, what is the best choice in this pathway, can I somehow extend my visa to apply to a university next year etc.

I can also study at a Vocational School or something similar if I will be able to get a work visa and live here. I just thought University would be better because it has a lot for benefits.
