I’m male, 28 and here for 2 years and am in Setagaya currently. Due to accomm issues i have to move to Itabashi 1-chome for a few months. I’ve never even been there and it looks kinda dull. Are there any cool jazz bars or off the grid joints/restaurants like i can find here? Is Ikebukuro my only option? There is a chance that if Itabashi is hell boring, I could try and get out of living there but thought I’d ask for some thoughts first. Thanks all in advance!
