So I’m moving to Tokyo in august with a one year working holiday Visa (it’s a Norwegian / Japanese embassy thin). But ALL apartments have a 2 year contract… So what I’m thinking now is how I can make this work?
Does anyone know places that offer short term rent / a way to sublet in Tokyo if I want to get an apartment with a 2 year contract and just stay there for one year and rent out the second.
