I’ll be visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka in the beginning/middle of March this year and having trouble predicting what to wear since I anticipate the seasons will be changing around this time. Is it more tee shirt weather than sweatshirt or jacket weather? Should we focus on bringing layers, or will we be too hot? Tyia 🙂
