Just moved to the island a few weeks ago, and went to Docomo to set up up a SIM card and wifi. They gave me a Home wifi, that I just plug in and get started. However it can be quite slow at times.
Anyway I just found out my apartment block as Fibre optics and one of those NTT ports in my apartment. Am I able to go into Docomo and to change to wifi plan and have someone come in and install wifi or should I contact someone else?
Just trying to understand how it all works. Thank you.
