Japanese PR or Naturalisation.

Struggling to decide whether choose Japanese PR or Naturalisation.
I’m eligible for both.
Currently I have Russian passport.
Many of my relatives live in Germany. Would be nice to visit them easily and also have my own opportunities wider in this world.

Japanese passport would give me more freedom, but I’m afraid to take the step, it feels like then I’m burning bridges and stuck alone with Japan.
I will be still a gaijin even with Japanese passport. Also no plans to marry Japanese person. Japan isn’t bad as a place to return. Until now I have some stuff here(which I can sell), also have deep working experience in typical Japanese companies like Panasonic, Sony, Daikin, speak fluent Japanese, kinda understand it’s society. I simply hesitate to bound myself to this country and even scared to imagine myself getting old in this country(maybe partially because I’m in my 30 and not married yet.). As right now I also want to get out of Japan for some fresh experience after 10 years spent here.

So I am on the fence to give up my Russian passport. It’s somewhat emotionally/identity idk, just a scary step. Yes, my closest relatives are in Russia(but I’m not sure if it’s even about them). I have no thoughts of returning to work or live in Russia.

My nearest life plan is to go to Shanghai for 2-3 years, improve my Chinese, experience life there, work and partially study architecture or some art related stuff, then wouldn’t mind to go to Europe. Idk yet where I’d want to settle down.

What would you do?
Of course I can PR for now and later naturalise. (Will I be still eligible for naturalisation after several years not living in Japan?)
But I wanna take the best decision now, without wasting time.
So I’m kindly asking minds of reddit to help me sort it out well.
Rational and not so advices, outlooks are welcomed.
