Narita: 2 hours enough for customs and xfer from term 1 to 3?

Hello all!

I have an upcoming trip in which I will be arriving at Narita terminal 1 from Taipei

Since I’ll already be at Narita, my plan is to catch the Jetstar flight to Osaka at 2:25pm.

Is two hours enough time to normally get through customs then get to terminal 3 to catch my Jetstar flight? The bus alone is 14 minutes but hopefully everything else goes quickly.

Or, should I book the 4:10pm flight?

Or, should I go into Tokyo and buy a walk up ticket on the Shinkansen to Osaka ?
