Omurice at Biwako near Kyoto

1. I make an easy omurice at home using leftover curry. I just reheat some rice and the curry and put an omelette on top in this order. Add some ketchup or bulldog sauce on the egg. It’s easy to shape it like the one in the picture.

2. I love the whimsical decadent 洋食 meals at places like this! Omurice or spaghetti? Sure. Omurice or spaghetti with a katsu on top? Even better!

3. Where along Biwako? Otsu? I used to live in Hikone at the Japan Center for Michigan Universities and feel in love with Shiga prefecture.
