My Japan post ATM account has been spitting out a receipt to go online and “verify my info” for the past month. The first time it happened I went online but couldn’t find what it was requesting and then got busy with life and forgot. It happened again and I finally had time to figure out what they were asking. My question is why do they keep asking for this (I did this before when I changed my address), especially since I don’t even have that much money in the acct. Also what happens if I waited too long to update this, what could happen?
