Hello, this might be very specific but back at home (Germany) I always used to put up bird feeders in my garden / balcony. I’ve had a look around and noticed that no one in my neighbourhood in Tokyo seems to have bird feeders. Is there any rule against feeding birds / will my neighbours see it as a nuisance if I put up a bird feeder on my balcony? (I’m also wondering if the bird seed might attract cockroaches or something, which is not an issue in my home country 😅)
