Hello! I am currently in my final 2 years of college with a degree in secondary education. I have also become conversational in Japanese (I have not tested yet, but online practice suggests Im around N4 or 3) I want to become a teacher and plan to use a ALT program to easily get to Japan for the first year. And if I enjoy life that, Id want to become a proper English teacher there. Can anyone give insight on how feasible it is to become a teacher as opposed to an assistant teacher? What does the process look like for a non-citizen
