Hi there! My travel cat and I will be visiting Kanazawa in Ishikawa Prefecture during the first week of April, and I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge about pet-friendly spaces in the city? In particular, I’d love to know of any pet-friendly parks, restaurants, shrines/temple grounds (I know indoors is usually prohibited), or shopping areas. I’ve already booked a cat-friendly Airbnb 🙂
I know this is a bit niche, so if you have any hidden gem recommendations or nice photo spots for the area that aren’t pet-friendly, I’d also be grateful to hear them! I usually dedicate mornings and evenings to exploring with my cat, and then a large chunk of the afternoon I go solo while he naps.
