Hi everyone,
I have a valid license from South Carolina (US) and know that the state isn’t like a special no-test state. Just tryna figure out the process from here.
I don’t own a car. I assume I call and make an appointment for the written test first?
Just want some advice before calling and stumbling over my poor Japanese. How’s the test? Strict? Can I borrow a car? Should I bring a translator (aka the husband)?
